- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: New subscribers are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of the initial subscription purchase if you are not satisfied with the service, provided you have not downloaded or accessed a significant amount of premium content.
- Monthly Subscriptions: For monthly subscriptions, we do not provide prorated refunds for partial months. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to premium content until the end of your current billing period.
- Annual Subscriptions: For annual subscriptions, after the initial 14-day cooling-off period, we may provide a prorated refund for the remaining unused months at our discretion, less an administrative fee of £10.
1.2 One-Time Digital Purchases
For one-time digital product purchases (such as special reports, e-books, or downloadable content):
- Before Download/Access: Full refund available if you have not yet downloaded or accessed the content.
- After Download/Access: Generally, no refunds are available once you have downloaded or accessed the digital content. However, if the product has significant technical issues or does not match the description, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.
2. Physical Products
For any physical merchandise purchased through our website (such as branded merchandise, gaming accessories, or collector's items):
- Return Period: You may return items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).
- Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
- Return Shipping: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or defective.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or issue a full refund including original shipping costs.
3. Event Tickets and Registrations
For any events, webinars, or workshops hosted by GeoNO Gaming News:
- Standard Refund Period: Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date.
- 7-14 Days Before Event: 50% refund available.
- Less Than 7 Days Before Event: No refunds are available, but you may transfer your registration to another person at no additional cost.
- Event Cancellation: If we cancel an event, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date or alternative event.
4. Conditions for Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:
- Your request must be made within the timeframes specified above for each product or service type.
- You must provide proof of purchase (such as an order number, email confirmation, or receipt).
- For physical products, the item must be returned in its original condition.

Situations Not Eligible for Refunds
Refunds will generally not be issued in the following situations:
- After the applicable refund period has expired.
- For digital content that has been substantially downloaded or accessed (except in cases of significant technical issues).
- For physical products that show signs of use or damage that occurred after delivery.
